Jason has been working with those suffering from addiction and their families as a Master’s level Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor for the past 9 years. With strong clinical and operational experience in addiction treatment, he has successfully designed a treatment program that improves quality of care and outcome measure. Jason is trained in several therapeutic approaches to addiction treatment and has worked in all phases of treatment including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and OP. Jason brings his expertise in operations and clinical aspects of addiction treatment to Liberation Way.
Jason received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Drexel University and his Master’s degree in Psychology from Capella University. Jason is also a licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Elsie Hernandez
Operations Manager
Elsie Hernandez, Operations Manager for Liberation Way, has over 13 years experience in the mental health care industry. Her extensive experience ranges from entry to management level.
In 2001, Elsie entered a top leading South Jersey medical school in a newly developed position as an intake coordinator in the department of Psychiatry. Elsie independently developed the process for admitting new patients into the practice which is still currently in use. She quickly gained the confidence of her leaders and was promoted to secretary to the department administrator. In 2013, under new leadership, she assumed the role of Practice Supervisor and successfully managed a practice of over 40 physicians with a $1 million dollar annual revenue. In 2014, Elsie assumed the position of Management Assistant to the Chair of Psychiatry. She lead and assisted physicians with hospital privileging and insurance paneling maintaining their participation in good standing.
