Amy Spicer

Yoga Instructor

Amy is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and the Owner and Director of YogaLove. “It was never my intention to become a yoga instructor. I immersed in YogaLove’s original teacher training program purely for a deeper exploration of myself. What happened while I was there was life changing and has quickly become my life’s passion. I stepped on a yoga mat to quiet my mind and decided I never wanted to step off. I have found a joy that did not exist before I began a yoga practice. I am dedicated to helping others down this same path — we all deserve to connected to this LOVE and therefore be free. ” Amy teaches with Grace and humor to create energetic vinyasa classes. She encourages her students to play, explore, and be BRAVE both on the mat and in life.
